Shipping policy
Processing time is 2-5 business days. Shipping will usually takes 1-3 business days. Please select your preferred shipping method at checkout if you would like a faster shipping time. Your patience is greatly appreciated!
Once items have been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to your order. We do NOT offer refunds once orders have been fulfilled.
If there is any issue with shipping, please contact the postal services.We do everything we can to make sure your item is shipped safely and in a timely manner. We do not have any control over damage during shipping or delayed shipping time once your items have been shipped.
We advise to choose a shipping method that comes with insurance. So that in the case there is damage during shipping, we can file a claim with USPS and get your product replaced
If your package is marked as delivered, but you have not received your package. We recommend waiting 24 hours to allow your package to show up. If after 24 hours you still have not received your package, please contact the postal services. We are NOT responsible for orders marked as delivered.
