Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do everything we can to make sure your item is shipped safely and in a timely manner. We do not have any control over damage during shipping or delayed shipping time once your items have been shipped.
We advise to choose a shipping method that comes with insurance. So that in the case there is damage during shipping, we can file a claim with USPS sand get your product replaced
Returns/Exchanges
Unfortunately, due to the safety of COVID-19 of our products we cannot accept returns. Once items are shipped, they are non-refundable, thank you for your understand.
